Frequently asked questions
Everything you need before booking. If your question isn't here, we'd love to answer it personally.
Weddings, corporate events and conferences, brand activations, private parties and showers, film and photo productions, and community gatherings. If people will be there, we can pour for them.
Every event is quoted individually based on guest count, service hours, menu, and location. Most celebrations fall within a package covering two to four hours of unlimited service, a professional barista team, all equipment, cups, and ingredients. Send us your details and we'll return a clear, itemized quote — no hidden fees.
For weddings and peak-season weekends, three to six months is ideal. For corporate events and smaller gatherings, two to four weeks is often enough. When a date is still open, we will always try to make it work.
Specialty drinks: Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, Cortado, Matcha Latte, and our signature Inti Spice Latte — made with Peruvian panela, cinnamon, and cardamom, and poured over Peruvian specialty espresso. For milk, we offer your choice of Koatji Milk, an oat milk cultured with fermented koji rice, or Whole Milk.
Our cart fits comfortably in a 10' x 10' footprint on level ground, and we ask for shade or cover when outdoors. We require access to a standard 20-amp outlet; if power is unavailable, we can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee.
One barista comfortably serves roughly 40 to 50 drinks per hour. For larger events we add baristas and a second station so lines stay short and every drink stays consistent.
Yes. We arrive fully self-contained and break down our own station, leaving your venue clean and exactly as we found it — no setup or cleanup required from you or your venue team.
Yes. We regularly serve Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura, and we travel further for weddings and multi-day productions. Travel beyond 30 miles is quoted as a flat fee.
Every cup we pour is Peruvian. Our beans are harvested at Finca Santa Estela in Villa Rica, Pasco, Perú, where the same families have been hand-picking coffee for more than 100 years, cherry by cherry, at peak ripeness. We work directly with producers we know and can trace every bag we serve.
A signed service agreement and a 30% deposit hold your date. The remaining balance is due one week after the event. Deposits are transferable to a new date within twelve months when plans change.
