Our story

A cart built on welcome, service, and love

Ayni Café exists to serve — to welcome every guest like a friend, to pour every cup with care, and to build community one gathering at a time.

Brewed with purpose

Why we called it Ayni

In the Andes, ayni describes a promise neighbors make to one another: today I help you build your roof, tomorrow you help me harvest my field. Today for you, tomorrow for me. Nothing is transactional, and nothing is forgotten.

We built this business around that idea. Our coffee comes from producers we know by name, our products are chosen with care and integrity, and our team is paid and treated as the professionals they are — because every person in the chain matters.

When we roll our cart into your venue, we are not simply delivering a beverage service. We are creating a space where everyone feels welcomed, seen, and served with love — thoughtfully, generously, and without shortcuts.

What we stand on

Four commitments

Reciprocity

We give first. To our producers, our team, and every guest who steps up to the cart — the exchange always goes both ways.

Transparency

We can tell you where each bag came from, who harvested it, and what we paid. Nothing about our supply chain is vague.

Craft

Dialed-in espresso, calibrated grinders, fresh milk, and baristas trained to serve consistently from the first cup to the four-hundredth.

Hospitality

Warmth is the product. We come to host, not simply to serve — and that is what guests remember.

From origin to cup

Sourced with names attached

We serve Peruvian coffee, and only Peruvian coffee. Our beans are harvested at Finca Santa Estela in Villa Rica, Pasco — a highland estate where coffee has been picked by hand for over 100 years, every cherry selected at peak ripeness. A century of that care is why the cup tastes the way it does.

From there, the harvest goes to SUNAO, our roasting partners. They roast in small batches and develop each profile to honor the farm — never hiding it behind a blend. Working with roasters we know by name is how we keep the whole chain transparent, from the hands that pick to the cup we hand you.
