Mobile Specialty Coffee · Los Angeles
Ayni Café is a mobile specialty coffee cart built on welcome, service, and love — pouring 100% Peruvian specialty coffee, grown on highland farms that have been hand-picking cherries for more than a century, at weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and productions.
The meaning of Ayni
Ayni is an Andean principle of reciprocity — the understanding that a community thrives when everyone gives freely, knowing it will return. It has guided Peruvian highlands for generations, and it guides everything we pour.
For us, that means coffee is never only a product. It is an exchange between the farmers who grow it, the hands that roast it, the baristas who serve it, and the people who share it. Every cup carries the work of someone else.
We pour carefully selected, high-quality products from Perú — chosen with intention and complete transparency. Our coffee comes from highland farms where families have been hand-picking coffee for over 100 years. We know our producers, we know our suppliers, and we build relationships we can stand behind.
rooted in tradition

What we cater
Conferences, launches, and offsites served with a barista team, custom menus, and full bar service that makes the moment feel considered.
A quiet luxury in the middle of the celebration — welcome cortados, late-night lattes, and a cart your guests gather around all night.
Birthdays, showers, and home gatherings — an intimate coffee bar that turns hosting into hospitality.
Call-time to wrap for film sets, markets, and neighborhood gatherings, with the same care from the first cup to the last.

Coffee tastes better when it means something.
Peruvian Specialty Espresso, Matcha, and our Inti Spice Latte — poured with your choice of Koatji Milk, an oat milk cultured with fermented koji rice, or Whole Milk. Served with the calm precision of a great bar, the warmth of our ancestors, and a welcome extended to every tribe that gathers around the cart.
Origin
Our coffee is harvested at Finca Santa Estela in Villa Rica, Pasco — a highland estate in Perú where cherries have been picked by hand for more than 100 years, one red fruit at a time, across generations of the same community. It is then roasted by SUNAO, our roasting partners, who develop each profile to honor the farm rather than hide it behind a blend. Knowing the people behind the harvest is not a detail for us. It is the point.
